Description | Ceremonial Copper Cutter. Handle section shaped like a large spool with center section painted black and rims red, lower rim being wider and having an incised line cut around it. On top of "spool" handle, is pointed section, almost as long. Point reached from 4 flat sides which curve up to apex. Top half painted red, bottom half black. |
