Description | Wooden Katsina doll with movable arms. The face is painted black with white symbols on the cheeks. The eyes are bulging and the mouth is a protruding tube with a ragged end. The semicircular ears are painted red and are perforated by feathers. Feathers are also attached to the top of the head. The body is painted pink with white lines on the chest and back. A black breechcloth is painted over the waist. The forearms and lower legs are painted black with white spots. A stick is held in one hand. This figure is likely the Giant Ogre (Chaveyo) Katsina.
