Description | White cotton ground, brocading across shoulders front and backstylized animals, two panels sewn together, part red rick rack stitch. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp 52 epi, 2 single ply, Z twist, white cotton.Weft: 24 ppi, 2 single-ply, Z twist, white cotton. Warp plain weave. Supplemental weft: 2 faced, continous and discontinous. 2 panels, 4 selveges. T shaped neck, shoulder tuck. Made on a backstrap loom." |
