Description | Plaid skirt predominantly green and black with some cross stripes of purple, blue, yellow and blue and white ikat. Lengthwise blue and white ikat shadow stripes. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 42 epi, single, Z twist, green, indigo and white, indigo cotton. Weft: 46 ppi, single, Z twist, indigo, indigo/white jaspe cotton. Two singles, Z twist, green, purple, yellow cotton. Balanced plain weave with yellow and white overshot pattern. Woven on a foot loom." |
