Description | With finger loops of raw hide or sinew 3.5" from end. Bound in loop fastenings on upper side is wild cat tooth and beyond finger loops the stick is wrapped with skin or fur and bound with yucca fibre cord, holding in place on upper side a chalcedony knife or spear point, and on under side a small limonite concretion. X-ray photograph showed string of beads under wrapping. |
