Description | Two non-joining rim sherds of plate in metalllic lustre. Interior is decorated with broad abstract designs filled with golden dots. Golden band at rim. Glaze is dull. Exterior is decorated in broad abstract patterns with lustrous glaze. Around rim and bewteen patterns are ivy tendrils and leaves. Knob on exterior rim, on smaller fragment. Two fragments were originally thought to belong to NEP79 and were included in reconstruction of plate. Fragments belong to another plate of same type. |
