Description

Flat base bearing several incised concentric circles; circular body, short nozzle; impressed molded decoration on the body of an ovolo along the sides with double headed axes on each side of the discus, and there is a stylized ionic capital under the nozzle aperture; molded decoration on the discus (now broken) but showing the bust of a woman holding a lyre. Brown ware; nozzle blackend by use.
