| Description | Long single-edged steel blade with nearly parallel sides; cutting edge curved to point; groove near back on both faces; Tang inserted in wooden grip which is almost completely covered with fibre rope; circular iron guard with overhanging rim; wooden sheath covered with black leather; iron band at top and tip and two iron rings on upper half connected by ornamental bar. |
