Plain weave cotton. Same brocaded elements on lower pant legs. Four breadths stitched together with red cotton thread. Matches with 66-34-48.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 82 epi, two singles, Z twist, white, red, green, white/indigo, yellow cotton. Weft: 28 ppi, two singles, Z twist, white cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Brocading is double faced. Woven on a backstrap loom."
