Description | Shape: Small, globular jar on short-stemmed foot with bridged spout and one vertical coil (?) handle at right angle to the spout. Fabric: Fine, pink (7.5YR 7/4) clay with decoration in mottled (poorly preserved) dark paint. Decoration: Vasilike ware. Interior and underneath of base unpainted. The decoration is applied in a deliberate pattern. Tongues of dark color depend every nintey degrees aligned with the spout, with dark patches between them. Condition: Handle missing. Surface badly erroded. |
